Asgard is located in Dairyland Taranaki, nestled beneath the slopes of Mt Taranaki.
All our Danes live in and are raised in our home and are much loved family members.
We believe in quality not quantity and occasionally have puppies available to loving homes.

My kennel name is ASGARD which in ancient Norse mythology is the home of
the Gods such as Odin and Thor. They believed that their worlds were linked by
the Yggdrasil a giant ash tree also called the World Tree. Great Danes are known
as the Apollo of dogs and are giants in the dog world... so quite a fitting name.
They certain are tops in our world.

My first Great Dane...a brindle dog....
that was 13 years ago now...how time flies.
When I got Max other Dane owners said
you will not stop at just one Dane in your
house hold ....one will become two and so on
....how right they were.
